Behaviour Modification

I provide customised training and behaviour modification remotely or at a mutually convenient location. Private in-person sessions are scheduled weekdays.

We begin the process with a preliminary consultation to gather a full history, develop a behaviour profile, and create a training proposal. If travel is necessary for subsequent sessions there is a $20 fee for each session held more than 30 kilometres from Lac Le Jeune.

As the only certified behaviour consultant in central and northern British Columbia, my priority is helping dogs with behaviour challenges. Requests for basic manners and puppy training are typically referred to other trainers.

Behaviour Modification

This is for dogs with behaviour challenges related to fear, aggression, and reactivity. Times listed for individual sessions are approximate and the cost factors in document and video reviews and follow up.

Session 1: Preliminary Consultation | 1 hour | $175

This gives us an opportunity to discuss your dog’s history, routines, home environment, skills, and concerns. These details are necessary to determine priorities and to develop a customised training proposal and schedule going forward.

Each Subsequent Session | 1 hour | $150

Sessions are scheduled approximately two weeks apart. We progress with the training, management, and enrichment plans, and address any emerging issues.

Separation Anxiety

My schedule is full for separation anxiety cases. Please feel free to contact me for recommendations for behaviour consultants who have experience in this area.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is a regularly scheduled gathering for caregivers and their dogs to address issues related to fear, reactivity, and frustration.
